Day 1

7:30am : Pick up from a central location.
8:00 am: Departure to Elementaita
9:00 am: Arrive at the view point, take photos and enjoy the breath taking view of the great rift valley
10:30 am : Proceed with the journey to Elementaita
11: 30 am: Arrival in Elementaita and setlling in.
12:00 pm: Have an icebreaker, warm up and zumba dance.
1:00 pm: Have lunch and relax/swim.
2:00 pm: Get involved in activities such as human knot, clap clap challenge, lucky seven and potato sack race depending on the objective of the team building.
3:30 pm: Have a briefing session.Members get to mingle and give overview of the day. Final activity to promote unity and emphasize lessons learnt for the day.
4:00 pm: Have the 4pm tea with snacks.
4:30 pm: Depart from Elementaita to Nairobi.
